The majority of our collection is proudly manufactured in the United States, specifically focusing on knitting and finishing processes in Upstate New York and New Jersey to support local industry.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, domestic transit usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain apothecary and sale items are final sale.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.
How should I care for my wool accessories?
To maintain the longevity of our wool products, we recommend hand washing in cold water with a mild wool detergent and laying them flat to dry. Avoid machine drying as it will cause shrinkage.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
